Chocolate peanut butter milkshakes

I have waaayyy more of a savoury tooth than a sweet one but there is just something about the combination of peanut butter and chocolate that I can’t resist.

These milkshakes are super more-ish and can even be made in advance and frozen in individual serves (in snap-lock bags or tupperware), ready for a lazy sunny afternoon.

3 cups milk

1/2 cup drinking chocolate powder

1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter (you can use smooth if you prefer)

2 tablespoons malt powder

4 large scoops vanilla ice cream

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cute milk bottles and serve with pretty paper straws.

Serves 4

P.S  If you fancy the flavour but not the chill, replace the ice cream with a couple of tablespoons of caster sugar and warm the mixture in a saucepan instead.
