1. When and how can I order?

You can order via this website at any time. You can also call us to place an order on 02 9327 7259. E-mail and phone messages are often checked outside business hours and responded to regularly. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

2. What payments do you accept?

All our online payments are processed securely through PayPal. Through this we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit cards or a PayPal account. Please note that you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay using a credit or debit card. We also accept credit card orders over the phone (Visa, Mastercard). These will be processed securely through PayPal. If you wish to pay by cheque, money order or bank transfer please contact us and we will happily arrange this.

3. How soon will my order be sent?

Generally orders are sent within 48 business hours of being placed

4. How long will my parcel take to arrive?

All parcels are sent with either Australia Post's standard service or a courier service (for larger items). It generally takes 1-7 business days to get to you depending on your location. To see a guide on how long your parcel may take to arrive check out the Australia Post website.

5. Do you have an actual store that we can come to?

No, we are an online store only but we do allow pick-ups at our office in Bondi Beach, NSW 2026 for orders placed online. See the ‘pick-ups’ question below.

6. What are your shipping rates and returns policies?

Check out our shipping + returns page for all info regarding this.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Shipping costs for international parcels are calculated by taking into account the weight of your parcel and your destination. You can calculate this at your shopping bag.

8. Do you allow pick-ups?

Yes we do allow pick-ups for anyone who wants to swing by our home office in Bondi Beach, Sydney. We will be in touch to confirm a pick-up time after you place your order online. You can even pick-up after hours and on weekends (by pre-arrangement) so we can make sure your parcel can be collected at a time that suits you!

9. Do you make custom cake stands?

Yes we can definitely make custom size cake stands to order. Please check out our custom cake stand page for more info on these. 

10. Can I change my order?

Yes you can, provided it has not already been packed and shipped. We are pretty speedy at turning around orders though as we like to get your goodies to you asap. So give us a bell on 02 9327 7259 as soon as you can after placing your order and we will sort it out for you.

11. Do you wholesale your products?

At this stage we do not offer wholesale or bulk rates on any of our products. We are a retail store only.
