One of the cookbooks I worked on last year for the Australia Women’s Weekly has recently been released which is always exciting. It’s called 15-minute meals and you can pick it up at supermarkets and bookstores for around $13. Pretty good value huh?
It contains yummy recipes like Asian meatball subs with hoisin mayo, Peppered pork with fig and sage sauce, Mustard and parmesan-crusted lamb cutlets and Honey horseradish glazed chicken. And even better, they can all be whipped up in a mere 15-minutes (real-time, not chef-time!).
