I love to give books, especially to kids as both they and their parents seem to appreciate it more than filling up their houses with plastic toys.
BUT try as I might to find cool book labels that tell you who the giver was, I couldn’t find any! Only ‘This book belongs to…’ ones, which are all well and good but seeing as the books are already in my house, I kind of know who owns them, you know what I mean?
And as Max has received so many awesome books recently, I really wanted to be able to remember who gave them to him. So I figured, kill two birds and all that and design my own. So now I can label all our books we have been gifted plus I can pop our name in the books we give. Win win!
All you need to do is click the label download link below and print it out on an A4 sheet of white mailing label (basically just a sticky backed sheet of paper). Cut them out and you are good to go! You could even just print on regular A4 paper and glue them in the books if you can’t be bothered with the trek to the stationery store…..
And yes, I realise that monsters might not suit everyone, so I will make a girly version soon and share it with you lovely peeps.
